Will you groom inside my house?

No.

I am a Professional Mobile Groomer that brings a fully functional Mobile Spa to you!

Do you groom cats?

Sorry, we do not.

my previous groomer said our dog snapped at them, do you think they would do better with your salon?

We do not groom dogs that have displayed or been known to snap or bite.

my dog is very old, do you recommend your services?

Mobile Grooming can be easier on senior pets as in, they won’t be riding to and from the groomers in your car, they won’t be far removed from the enviroment where they feel safest.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or credit card. There will be a fee of $35 for any returned checks due to non-sufficient funds.

Do you do just nail trims?

No.

We offer two packages. A Bath Spa Package for short hair dogs or a Spa Grooming Package for long hair dogs. You can learn more about what those entail on the Services page.

Do you groom Large Dogs like a Newfie?

No. we currently have a 40lb or less weight limit.

my Dog had a lot of matting, but we like her longer. do you de-matt?

If we find that your pet has some slight matting we will attempt to de-mat the coat at an additional fee of $1.50 a minute, not to exceed 20 minutes.

Excessive de-matting is a painful, time-consuming and costly procedure that causes extreme discomfort and can aggravate, or cause skin problems.

Do you need to plug in to an outlet?

No, we are equipped with our own Generator for power.

are your products pet safe?

We only use high end pet safe products that are specifically designed for the grooming industry.

why is Mobile Grooming more expensive?

Mobile Grooming is a premium service. We are traveling to you and are grooming far less dogs than a shop. We do not rush our services and do not use cage dryers. We pride ourselves on our quality of work with your fur pup.

It is much easier to communicate through email or text since we are on the road or in the van we aren’t able to return calls.

Where is your Service area?

We are located near Shelbyville and provide services in Shelby County. We are no longer accepting clients in Columbus or Greenfield.

my dog has fleas will you flea dip them?

No. We must maintain a sterile enviroment, a majority of our pups are medically fragile or we also have human clients themselves that are not well. Dogs must be flea free before entering the van.
